Registration Fee

A sponsorship program providing registration fee support for outstanding students, selected through evaluation, will be offered at a later stage.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (26gnaoe@micedot.com).
• All refunds will be made within 4 weeks after the conference for administrative reasons.
• If cancellation is made on or before 30 September 2026, 100% of the fee shall be refunded.
• Cancellations made from 1 October 2026 onward are not refundable.
• The cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).
• The registration fee is refundable after deduction of any necessary expenses that have already been incurred.
